Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the day you have received the product, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Returns past this date are only possible based on mutual agreement between customer and stor owner.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products built on order from customer supplid data or specifications, such as programmed oscillators/clock generators, or 3D prints, cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Batteries, or any kind of consumables
- Goods on sale
- Gifts sent to you free of charge
To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase, which can be either physical, or in its electronic forms. This includes packing list, invoice, payment record with reference to order number. Exceptions need to be explicitely approved by store owner.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Goods with obvious signs of use
- 3rd party product in sealed packaging, where packaging has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any pruduct that is returned more than 14 days from delivery date
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Exchanges
Exchange for another product is only possible after mutual agreement with store owner.

You will be responsible for choosing your shipping method and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When returning the item from country outside European union, always declare the package as “Returned goods” with same goods category and value as declared on original shipping forms (CN22). Packages declared as “Commercial goods” or even samples, can be rejected and shall be returned to the sender. If unsure, contact us via contact form, or email
